Dawn has over 18 years of work experience in the banking/finance industry, started off her career in the UK, subsequently moved to Australia and she is now specialised in the mortgage and lending industry. Dawn holds a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Mortgage Broking and is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), she is fluent in Cantonese and English. Dawn loves connecting with people and helping her clients with tailored mortgage solutions. During her spare time, Dawn enjoys discovering good food and spending quality time with her family and friends.

From assisting with day-to-day operations to supporting the visions of brokers and the wider team, Rose takes pride in bringing ideas to life at Success Home Loans. With a keen eye for detail and a perfectionist streak, Rose brings a calm, efficient energy to everything she does. When she’s not working as our Operations and Communications Officer, Rose enjoys testing out new recipes for her family to enjoy, convincing her houseplants to survive and planning trips she may or may not take, just for the joy of making a new spreadsheet.

Laura Pemberton is a broker support staff member at Success Home Loans, dedicated to providing administrative and settlement support to the brokers. Laura is new to the finance industry with 1 year experience in her role, coming from a science background she brings her attention to detail and proactive problem solving. She is committed to contributing to the team’s success and ensuring client satisfaction to foster lasting client relationships. Outside of work Laura enjoys team sports, painting and taking care of her animals.

Sonya is the bright, warm and cheerful force behind helping existing mortgage customers stay on competitive rates and get more from their home loans. She keeps a close eye on opportunities to review, reassess and find ways to make a customer’s existing loan work harder for them—whether that means a sharper rate, a better outcome or simply making sure they’re not missing an opportunity. Always ready to “put her gloves on” and dig in, Sonya brings energy, care and a genuine passion for finding ways to help customers while strengthening the relationships that matter.Much like her love of plants, Sonya believes the best things grow with the right care, attention and a little nurturing. She brings that same approach to her customers—taking the time to understand what they need, spotting opportunities and helping keep their financial journey moving in the right direction.
